ELECTROCHEMICAL MATERIAL SCIENCE:
1. Chemical deposition of lead sulphide films and determining the thickness of the films
deposited.
2. Current voltage characteristics of the given photo-conductive cell in darkness as well
as in light and estimation of photosensitivity.
3. Intensity-photocurrent characteristics of the given photoconductive cell for different
bias voltage conditions.
4. Power characteristics of the given silicon at specified intensities.
5. Estimation of the diode parameters of a silicon solar cell.
6. Preparation of CdSe films by the electrochemical route and find the growth rate of
